At Nicholas Properties & Developments, Inc. we are currently holdings assets all over the United States that are located in areas that will serve the whole purpose of building the company that was stated by the Chairman & CEO. The asset list of the current hotel brands are dived up between full service, boutique, limited service and those that are also independent brands that we hold today. We strive at Nicholas Properties & Developments, Inc. to provide to our guests their most respectful and enjoyable stay at any and all of brands that to this day we represent.

NEW PROJECTS 2024:
This coming year will be focusing on the purchase of single and portfolios of hotels throughout the USA as well as the possibility of hotel development throughout the Country. I have been developing for over the past 25 years and I have decide based on our current economic climate that the purchasing of existing properties that have a 5 year + balance sheet showing its profitability is where the focus is currently.
I have also been looking at current projects that are in the development side of our business along with the purchase of several companies that are currently held publicly with the NYSE as of today. As of the 1st Quarter of 2023 we have aquired several high-end properties located throughout the US that we have and are ready to continue our process of building the companies portfolio. These properties at this time are in a binding agreement that I cannot express other than the flags that have become under contract stated below:
